A Gerber Edge machine has been in use at Leon Signs for over 20 years. These reliable machines have printed tens of thousands of durable decals and signs for us and we wouldn’t know what to do without it. The Edge uses heat to imprint foil onto the vinyl, which can then be cut to shape with a Gerber cutter.

Gerber and Summa Vinyl Cutters
These cutters have been the industry standards for decades. We have 3 Gerber 15 inch sprocket feed machines and 2 Summa S Class drag knife (S140D and S750D) units. The Summa has an Optical alignment system for cutting around the HP Latex prints.

While our router table is over 12 years old it remains an extremely solid and reliable member of our team. For the past decade it has enabled us to design and create many extraordinary signs, letters, shapes and gadgets for our clients.
